New Member Orientation
Are you new to the gym or need an equipment refresher? In this free 1-hour session, a Personal Trainer will assess your current fitness habits and help you set safe goals. From there you will be introduced to the basics of both the cardio and strength equipment to ensure success on your path to health and fitness.
You will be matched with an experienced Personal Trainer who will assess your abilities and review your goals. During this one-on-one meeting the trainer will get to know more about you and make appropriate recommendations for training options that will pave the way for your path to success.
Intro to Training
Gain the confidence and knowledge you need to get started in the gym today. You will first meet with a trainer for a fitness consultation to assess where you are NOW and where you want to BE. Then, during three 60-minute sessions, you will be in the gym working towards your goals with a personal trainer by your side.
PERSONAL TRAINING IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE:

All of our trainers are certified by a nationally accredited organization and the majority hold degrees in Kinesiology or Exercise Physiology.
