The Conference Room at Chico Sports Club Enjoy Chico Sports Club best kept secret - a 922 sq. ft. conference room. In keeping with Chico Sports Club's mission of heath and fitness for everyone, the room is used for health series along with business groups, meetings, schools and more. This room is perfect for workshops, seminars, meetings, classes, etc. A great ambiance and feel makes this room unique for any setting. Room Capacity: Banquet seating = 40 max., Theatre Seating = 60 max.
Rental Fees: Member rate: full day (up to 8 hours) $125 Half day (0-4 hours) $65
Non-Member rate: full day (up to 8 hours) $225 Half day (0-4 hours) $100
Rental includes: 8 - six foot tables, padded chairs, Digital multimedia projector for PowerPoint presentations, T.V. with DVD/CD, Whiteboard, ease, flip chart, etc.
More than just a Conference Room...... We are able to offer you and your group numerous food options prepared by our gourmet deli staff. Some options include: Breakfast burritos and sandwiches, bagels, fruit plates, etc. Cal Java coffee featuring lattes, mocha's and house blend coffees Deli & Panini sandwiches - turkey and avocado, BBQ deluxe, Avo Joe, Mozzarella Momma, tuna, etc. Salads such as chicken ceasar, chicken salad, fiesta, tuna, cobb and vegetarian.
Conference Room Guidelines: 1. Rental fees must be paid, in full, two weeks prior to the rental. A rental agreement and payment confirms/reserves the room. 2. 24 hour advanced notice of cancellation is required to qualify for a refund. 3. Rental fee includes use of the conference room only. All other areas of the Chico Sports Club are not included. Rest rooms are available for use in the Lobby (located by the front entrance).
